The restaurant "LA PERLITA" celebrated its 20th birthday in November 2009. In 1989 the family Tun Pech opened the small shop at the corner to sell the fathers catch of the day that eventually became the now well known restaurant of our days. "LA PERLITA" was awarded with the "destintivo M" for our fresh seafood that is given by the secretary of Tourism of Mexico. A lot of famous artists and politicians came to enjoy our food. Everything we serve is FRESH - come and try our fried fish ("pescado frito" in Spanish).This restaurant is a "must" for people that want to experience the real flavor of the island !!
